A- Re-heating furnace When developing furnace steel projects thermal and mechanical internal stresses that the furnace can encounter in its working period are taken into account. Both dilatations and shrinkages that will occur in refractory material and dilatations and shrinkages that will occur in the steel structure itself are balanced with the mechanisms which are applied to the system.

B- Chimney Iron sheet chimney whose diameter and height calculation are made according to furnace capacity. | |
C- Recuperator Within the furnace, gases flow from the discharge end to the charge end and exit through the furnace up take located at the charge end to a refractory lined waste gas duct. The waste gases flow through the recuperator and the stack to the atmosphere. A damper valve system, for furnace pressure control, will be located in the waste gases flue, between the recuperator and the stack.
